The Project Estimator & Cost Control position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture, at least 3 years of experience in the same field, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Autocad, ability to read drawings and 3D models, knowledge of materials, and project budgeting skills.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Conduct project cost estimation from initial to final stages.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), estimate unit prices, and structural work analysis.
• Develop accurate cost proposals based on project plans and specifications.
• Generate regular reports on project cost status.
• Analyze cost data and provide recommendations for cost efficiency and control.
• Monitor project expenses to ensure compliance with approved budgets.
• Calculate the volume of materials and tools required.
• Create progress reports on contractor's work.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same field.
