The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the director, ensuring efficient scheduling, communication, and travel arrangements.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Provide administrative support to director
• Schedule/coordinate appointments/meetings and make all necessary arrangements, by distributing information accordingly to other parties/participants as required- both internal and external
• Attend meetings and taking detailed notes then delivering a full report
• Communicate with relevant parties (employees/clients)
• Arranged domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodations and itineraries
• Process/coordinate confidential information related to business and management.
