Posisi General Service Manager bertanggung jawab untuk mengusulkan, menyusun, dan merevisi sistem serta prosedur Corporate General Affairs, serta mengatur dan memonitoring proses bisnis di departemen tersebut.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Mengusulkan, menyusun, merevisi sistem dan prosedur Corporate General Affairs.
• Mengatur dan memonitoring bisnis proses department corporate GA (Mis: building management, outsource management (driver & OB), General Affairs).
• Melakukan analisa dan evaluasi terhadap biaya-biaya yang dikelola CAF dan memberikan pelayanan sesuai dengan SOW (Statement of Work) yang telah disepakati.
• Membina dan menciptakan hubungan yang baik dengan stakeholders dan menjaga hubungan yang berlandaskan niat baik dengan agency dan vendor terkait.
• Membuat laporan hasil kerja semesteran dan tahunan serta membuat laporan pemantauan pelaksanaan kebijakan.

• S1 di semua jurusan.
• Minimal 15 Tahun di bidang Management Services & Operational Excellence.
