The Document Control Officer is responsible for managing and controlling quality documents according to ISO 9001 standards. The position involves organizing and maintaining original documents and files, creating document and form master lists, ensuring document codes are correct, and coordinating with internal and external departments.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage and control quality documents according to ISO 9001 standards
• Organize and maintain original documents and files
• Create Document Master List and Form Master List for quality system
• Verify document codes before registration and distribution
• Store, register, print, and distribute documents to relevant parties
• Organize document storage and conduct document destruction when necessary
• Monitor CAR-CCR forms
• Compile data for department and organizational KPIs
• Prepare Audit (IQA) plans, meeting agendas, invitations, meeting minutes, and reports
• Coordinate with internal and external departments
• Perform other assigned tasks
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience in document management or control is a plus
• Proficient in detailed document management and verification
• Familiarity with relevant computer programs such as Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing technology, GHP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HALAL, and other quality systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• TOEIC score of 450 or above
