The Purchasing Officer is responsible for contacting suppliers for quotations, preparing purchase orders, coordinating delivery schedules, managing purchasing department documents, summarizing monthly and yearly purchase reports, and ensuring departmental KPIs are met.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Contact suppliers for quotations, contracts, product samples, and documents for price comparison
• Prepare purchase orders and contracts
• Coordinate and follow up on delivery schedules with suppliers/warehouse
• Coordinate and resolve purchasing-related issues
• Manage purchasing department documents during the procurement process
• Summarize monthly and yearly purchase reports
• Monitor and ensure departmental KPIs are achieved
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing and procurement
• Proficient in basic computer programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of Express Program
• Negotiation skills and ability to source suppliers and contractors
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
