A Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing projects from start to finish.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Creating detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets for Dekoruma Expansion Store Project
• Supervising and ensuring project timeline aligns with project goals and client requirements.
• Identifying and managing project risks and issues
• Oversee design development, ensuring functionality, aesthetic quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Identify potential risks or issues in the design phase, developing mitigation strategies to prevent project delays, budget overruns, or quality issues

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience as Asst. Project Manager/Project Manager/relevant positions, preferably within the relevant industry (Retail, Construction)
• Proficiency in design and project management software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Project
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met efficiently
• Knowledgeable in furniture and interior
• Willing to work on-site or mobile to project site
