Human Resource Officer (Urgently required)
เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งนี้
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible Recruitment all process
• Maintain employee database and employee contract
• Maintain Social Security
• Responsible for evaluation, probation and termination
• Issue Employee Certificate
• Responsible for authority time attendance and set up in system
• Monthly Report employee status and turn over-rate
• Monthly Report and statistics of time attendance, leave and overtime hours.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree in related field
• 1-3 years experience in HR function (Experienced in Recruitment and Time attendance will be advantage)
• Knowledge of HRM especially in compensation and time attendance
• Knowledge of Interview, selection and Psychology skill
• Understand about labor law and taxation
• Analysis, Service mind, Communication, Planning and Problem Solving skill are required
• Computer Microsoft(Excel, word, power point)
• High responsibility and priority work
• Good command of English (TOEIC 500)
