We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master who prides themselves on their outstanding delivery and people skills, who can help us to deliver successfully on our ambitious and industry-leading roadmap.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

You will be responsible for:
• working with several squads to deliver fantastic product outcomes;
• removing blockers to progress;
• driving agile ceremonies;
• helping us continuously improve as a team;
Some examples of what you will be doing are:
• Lead and facilitate key activities for the seamless end-to-end delivery of software (product) releases, from inception to production launch.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to deliver within defined scope, objectives, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Review and maintain project plans, including tracking progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on sprint progress, potential risks, and any delays to delivery timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove obstacles to progress.
