The IT Support Officer is responsible for monitoring, managing, and resolving incidents and service requests, providing effective IT support, overseeing IT infrastructure maintenance, and collaborating with the HQ IT team.

• Monitoring, managing, and resolving incidents and service requests through the IT Service Management System, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
• Provide prompt, effective IT support
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and routine maintenance of critical IT infrastructure, including computers, operating systems, email, printers
• Collaborate closely with the HQ IT team to resolve complex technical issues, streamline processes, and support business objectives.
คุณสมบัติ
• Good command of English with native Thai Speaker
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in IT support
• Proficiency in Office 365 administration, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently or with guidance.
