The position is for a Customer Service role focused on Content Moderation, located in Solo, Indonesia, with a requirement for immediate joiners and English language proficiency.

• Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance regarding content moderation issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and user interactions.
• Provide feedback to management on trends and issues related to content moderation.
