• Melakukan reviews batch record untuk pelolosan produk jadi produk pangan olahan.
• Melakukan investigasi, penyusunan laporan, dan verifikasi CAPA terkait deviasi.
• Melakukan verifikasi di lapangan terkait pelaksanaan CPPOB, ISO 22000:2018, dan ISO 9001:2015.
• Menyusun laporan pengkajian mutu produk.
• Mereview dan memantau change control di semua departemen.
• Membuat laporan on going stability produk pangan olahan.

• Apoteker.
• Memahami CPOTB/CPOB/CPPOB.
• Berpengalaman di quality assurance atau industri farmasi bagian lain minimal 1 tahun.
• Memahami tentang pelolosan produk jadi.
• Memahami tentang pengkajian mutu produk.
• Memahami terkait pengendalian perubahan (change control).
