The Product Development Manager is responsible for leading market research, client relationship management, and strategic planning to drive business development in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends. Analyze data and provide insights to support business development strategies.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads for potential business opportunities, such as new partnerships, collaborations, and licensing agreements.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
• Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals for new business ventures, including product licensing, distribution agreements, and strategic partnerships.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary information and resources to pursue new business opportunities effectively.
• Contract Negotiation: Support the senior business development team in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts with clients and partners.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of business development strategies and plans to expand the company's market share and achieve growth objectives.
• Pipeline Management: Help in managing the business development pipeline, tracking progress, and updating relevant stakeholders on the status of ongoing and potential projects.
• Industry Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments that may impact the company's business strategy.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and research and development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and presentations to share progress, achievements, and challenges with the senior management team.
• Professional Development: Continuously improve knowledge and skills related to pharmaceutical products, business development strategies, and industry practices.
คุณสมบัติ
• A bachelor's degree in business, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) may be preferred.
• Must have minimum total 8 years experience in Product Development & Marketing. Experienced from FMCG and or Pharmaceutical are preferable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Analytical mindset to gather and interpret data, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including key players, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks.
