The Payroll & Compensation Benefit Supervisor is responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and maintaining employee data within the HRIS system.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Collecting, calculating and entering data to maintain and update payroll
• Responsible for end to end payroll process.
• Handle tax reporting every months and update about new regulation
• Handle HR Administration & managing employee database on HRIS SAP HCM
• Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deduction, leave and reporting social charge

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1)
• Having experience in Payroll, Benefit and Tax minimum 3 years
• Experience in using SAP HCM is good
• Not smoking (including vape/e-cigarettes)
