COMSEVEN Public Company Limited (the “Company”) is engaged in the core business of retailing IT products such as desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones, tablets, and many other modern lifestyle devices. In 1996, the Company began its business as an IT retail store in Pantip Plaza shopping mall. The founders saw the opportunity for growth in the IT business. At that time, Thailand had less than 10 percent of the population with access to computers. The founders therefore came together to establish the Company on February 27, 2004 to sell IT products wholesale to stores nationwide, which was the Company’s core business at that time, as well as retailing through its own store in Pantip Plaza shopping mall. Later, the Company’s executives saw that the IT retail business had opportunities for growth and had more advantages than wholesale, so they adjusted the Company’s business policy to focus more on retail sales than wholesale sales by increasing the number of retail stores through the expansion of the Company’s stores to shopping malls and department stores.

The Senior Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and managing social media strategies, tracking KPIs, and overseeing content marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and engagement across digital platforms.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Line LAP and other social media channel).
• Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audiences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
• Establish and track KPIs for both organic and paid media campaigns to measure effectiveness.
• Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Plan and publish content through social media, other channels with interesting content such as promotional artworks, infographics, videos, motion graphics and other content.
• Measure and analyze the performance of the content and develop and improve it to be more appropriate.
• Collaborate with Media Agency to develop on content on website and develop SEO Content strategies along with Agency based on Keyword research, analyze and improve website structure, and monitor website ranking and traffic volume.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in financial business.
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management, KPI tracking, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in various digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, good communication skills and ability to work as a team.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
