The Sales Manager for Cosmetic and Personal Care will be responsible for setting sales targets, creating strategies to achieve them, developing monthly and annual activity plans, directing sales teams, monitoring sales activities, and preparing sales reports.

• Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
• Create monthly and annual Activity Plans to reach sales targets
• Direct, assist, and motivate sales teams according to the Activity Plan, tailored to segmentation and target market
• Monitor sales activities against sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and be accountable for sales
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Pharmacy
• Minimum GPA of 2.75
• Hold a valid driving license (SIM A)
• At least 5 years of experience as a Sales in the Cosmetic and Personal Care Industry
• Strong leadership skills
• Good negotiation skills with customers
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in English (oral & written)
• Ability to set targets and plan to achieve them
• Ability to create structured and scheduled reports
• Team player
