หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• บันทึกบัญชีซื้อ และตั้งเจ้าหนี้ทั่วไป ค่าขนส่ง ค่าบริการ และค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย บันทึกเงินสดย่อย
• บันทึกบัญชีการขายสินค้า จัดทำใบสำคัญรับ
• จัดทำรานงานภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภ.พ.30)
• คำนวณค่าเสื่อมราคาสินทรัพย์
• ตรวจการรับเอกสารใบกำกับภาษี,ใบสั่งซื้อสินค้า, ใบส่งสินค้า
• ปิดงบกำไรขาดทุน (ประจำเดือน) ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีเพื่อปิดงายรายปี
คุณสมบัติ
• ปริญญาตรีทางด้านบัญชีหรือการเงิน
• ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการ 5 ปีขึ้นไป
• สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Word Excel และ PowerPoint ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีความสามารถใช้โปรแกรม Express
• มีความสามารถในโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชี
