We are seeking a Deputy Director to join the Legal Department at CJ Express. In this role, you'll gain a deep understanding of various products and services across CJ, TD, CBG, and their affiliates, providing counsel on a wide range of legal and commercial issues throughout the value chain. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across functions with both legal and business colleagues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with heads of business units to support and advance business activities.
• Lead and supervise the legal team in conducting legal research, formulating opinions, and advising on contracts, trade agreements, and complex issues. This includes technology, innovative business models, employment law, and employee relations, as well as managing and coordinating with the litigation team.
• Design and implement corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and M&A initiatives.
• Develop legal strategies for new business ventures and opportunities.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or higher.
• At least 10 years of relevant legal experience, with a preference for retail business experience.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter mentality, and excellent attention to detail and judgment.
• Exceptional logical and analytical skills, with the ability to creatively and effectively resolve unfamiliar issues.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure with high uncertainty.
• Business literacy or a willingness to fully understand the commercial issues involved.
• Quick learner with the ability to identify and understand the root causes and reasoning behind matters.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to listen, comprehend, and advise executive management, teammates, and cross-functional partners.
• A commitment to making a positive impact on society and the environment.
