The Assistant HR Manager – Development and Employees Engagement is responsible for overseeing training and development, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and enhancing employee engagement within the organization.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Analyzing and designing assessment tools and processes to define competency gaps and recommend appropriate development tools in accordance with employee and company requirements.
• Planning and managing training needs and analyzing those needs to identify and prioritize employees’ requirements (competency-based management) for each level.
• Taking responsibility for training & development within the organization in relation to processes and efficiency in order to increase people skills & competencies.
• Leading team to improve the learning management system, career paths, training roadmaps, development programs and schedules, as well as designing curriculum and organizing training by working with external and internal instructors/ facilitators.
• Managing Succession Planning, develop talents and identifying in-house and external training requirements and sources.
• Preparing and implementing the annual training budget and training plan.
• Being internal instructor for some in-house training courses/ programs.
• Ensuring HR policies and practices are up to date and complied with the standard systems, being a focal point of audits (both internal and external audit).
• Be a representative of HR Department to manage and handle any employees’ issue/ grievance/ complaints by working together with Line Managers and HR Director to ensure that we are complying with labor practices and standards.
• Taking lead in Employee Engagement program, HR communications, and people activities by working together with HR Director and other HR team members.
• Supporting and re-enforcing an organizational culture via various learning and development approaches or people activities.
• Participate in a corporate-level task involving other functions.
• Conducting various other tasks assigned by HR Director.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
• At least 7 years working experience in the same or similar role.
• Possess thorough understanding of People Development.
• High commitment and good at people skills, communication skills.
• Work location- based in Bangkok. But have to travel to Chumphon (the factory).
