The Lemon Shot is seeking a proactive business enthusiast to fill the role of Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Corporate Partnerships. This position is key to expanding The C.P. Group market reach and capabilities, with a focus on identifying external opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Corporate Partnership Strategy
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to build partnerships that establish The Lemonshot as a top-of-mind media agency within CP Group and in the broader market.
• Develop strategies that expand agency capabilities to meet evolving demands of CP Group, True Group, and external clients, maximizing value for influencers under Lemonshot’s management.
• Create and implement initiatives to grow existing revenue streams and introduce new business models.

• Market Research & Feasibility Analysis
• Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities, informing a strategic direction.
• Evaluate feasibility and financial projections for proposed partnerships, preparing data-backed insights that guide high-level decision-making.
• Present clear, actionable recommendations to management, driving alignment on strategic initiatives.

• Executive & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with C-level executives, senior management, and cross-functional teams to discuss insights, recommendations, and partnership proposals.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations that align partnership strategies with The Lemonshot’s overall business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitating productive discussions that secure buy-in and commitment.

• Strategic Initiative Development
• Form initiatives focused on new ways to multiplying growth in current revenue streams (40%) as well as creating new ones (60%).
• Outline clear objectives and strategic directions for partnership initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Adjusting plans as necessary to maintain alignment with The Lemonshot’s vision and business targets.
