The Export Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales in international markets, particularly in Europe or the USA, by identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, and building customer relationships.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Sales Generation: identify and pursue business opportunities in international markets to achieve sales target.
• Market Research: conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences as well as identify a new market opportunity.
• GEO Focus: develop and implement sales strategies of assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets according to each market opportunity and adapt strategies to a changing market conditions.
• Customer Management: build and nurture relationships with international customers and distributors as well as addressing their needs.
• Negotiation: negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to secure favorable agreements.
• Compliance: ensure that all export activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Sales Forecasting and Planning: analyze sales data and market trends to accurately forecast future sales of assigned territory.
• Reporting Sales Performance: track sales metrics to assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, improve sales strategy as needed to meet goals and prepare reports to management.
• Business Travel: attend exhibitions and travel abroad as required.

คุณสมบัติ

• At least 5 years’ experience in international sales (Europe or USA). Experience in exporting FMCG is a plus.
• Proficiency English with strong communication skills.
• Understanding of international trade term, processes, laws & customs regulations, and documentation.
• Familiarity with global market, understand cultural differences and consumer behavior.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Ability to research and analyze market trends, sales data to identify market opportunities.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skill in fast-paced environment.
• Stay focus and hungry to achieve target.
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
