The Quality Management System Officer is responsible for controlling quality system documents, registering and distributing relevant documents, preparing documents for audits, monitoring and correcting any deficiencies, compiling KPI data, and conducting internal quality system audits. The position also requires experience in food manufacturing, knowledge of quality system standards, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to work well under pressure.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Control quality system documents
• Register and use documents related to the quality system
• Prepare and distribute documents in a timely manner
• Prepare documents for customer and external audits
• Monitor and address deficiencies within departments
• Compile KPI data and prepare monthly reports
• Conduct internal quality system audits
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

คุณสมบัติ

• At least 3 years of experience in food manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP, FSSC, HACCP, ISO14001, ISO9001
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio
• Good command of English
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Able to work 6 days a week
