หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions in the software solution industry for Non-IT (Commercial) such as Sales, Customer Services, Marketing, Business Development, and more.
• Post job openings on various job boards and design attractive job descriptions to maximize visibility and candidate engagement.
• Utilize social media and digital platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Line, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, and other emerging trends, to reach and engage potential candidates.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Branding team to align recruitment activities with employer branding initiatives and support social engagement events.
• Participate in university roadshows, career fairs, and social events to build a strong pipeline of tech talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Provide recruitment data and regularly update it on the CDG's systems.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial outreach to final onboarding.
คุณสมบัติ
• Thai nationality.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in recruiting.
• Experience with job board postings and proficiency in designing job descriptions for online platforms.
• Knowledge of the latest social media trends.
• Strong communication skills in Thai; English proficiency is an advantage.
• High flexibility, a self-starter, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• A pleasant personality with a passion for connecting with and building relationships with candidates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
