The Corporate Legal Specialist is responsible for providing legal advisory services, managing litigation processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulations.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Legal Advisory.
• Pre-litigation (Bad Debt Collection).
• Litigation (Court Trial).
• Validity of Company Licenses Monitoring.
• Monitor All Sales Contract.
• Legal Administration Management.
• Litigation Report.

คุณสมบัติ

• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or related major.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Litigation scope of work.
• Good knowledge and experience in handling Pre-Litigation and Litigation.
• Experience in handling corporate governance, contracts, or compliance.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing reports.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations related to corporate governance, securities, and contract law.
• Have PERADI/PKPA Certification.
• Candidates must be open to out-of-town business trips.
• Prior experience in a similar industry is preferred.
• Work Location : Head Office, West Jakarta.
