The Chief Sales Officer is responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies, driving business development, and leading the sales team while embodying the company's core values.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• The Deputy Director of Sales should have, work and manage by the Company core values.
• Sales Strategy and Process Optimization: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve positive EBITDA and synthesizing insights from ERP and CRM systems, sales and branch team feedback, market analysis, and client engagement strategies.
• Business Development and Relationship Building: Utilize data intelligence to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, ensuring a strategic balance in business development efforts.
• Marketing: Amplify our brand's strategic vision and establish market leadership through dynamic participation in a range of marketing engagements, including industry events, speaking opportunities, and targeted promotional activities, reinforcing our innovative edge and sector authority.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead the team based on authentic leadership: including but not limited to exhibit self-awareness and emotional intelligence, foster open and honest communication, develop, nurture & support the team, lead by examples.

คุณสมบัติ

• Possess Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Management, Accounting, Business International, Marketing or any major.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Services industry, with at least 7 years of management role.
• Proficient in English both speaking and writing, adapting to the pace and culture.
• Ability to build business by finding opportunities and working with local partners to increase sales.
• Independent with steadfast resolve and personal integrity, a solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
• Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues.
• Work location: Head Office, Jakarta Barat.
