Canadian Solar was founded in 2001 in Canada and is one of the world's largest solar technology and renewable energy companies. It is a leading manufacturer of solar photovoltaic modules, inverters, and battery energy storage solutions and a developer of utility-scale solar power and battery energy storage projects with a geographically diversified pipeline in various stages of development. Over the past 23 years, Canadian Solar has successfully delivered over 125 GW of premium-quality solar photovoltaic modules to customers worldwide. Likewise, since entering the project development business in 2010, Canadian Solar has developed, built, and connected over 10 GWp of solar power projects and 3.3 GWh of battery energy storage projects worldwide. Currently, the Company’s total solar project development pipeline was 26.3 GWp, 6.5 GWp of projects under construction or in backlog (late-stage), and an additional 19.8 GWp of projects in advanced and early-stage pipeline. In addition, the Company has 600 MWh of battery energy storage projects in operation and a total battery energy storage project development pipeline of around 56 GWh, including approximately 4.3 GWh under construction or in backlog, and an additional 51.6 GWh at advanced and early-stage development.

The Sales Manager, Thailand plays a key role in strengthening existing business relationships as well as taking ownership of growth in sales of our business in the region. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing relationships and achieving sales targets in our product categories.

• Proactively identify market trends or changes as they relate to our business and report on the impact.
• Manage key accounts.
• Manage new product introductions to the market and identify opportunities for growth in Thailand.
• Prepare tender responses and quotations for existing and potential customers.
• Qualify and close new customer opportunities.
• Provide training to customers on Canadian Solar range of products and services.
• Strong focus on account management within own territory.
• Represent Canadian Solar at relevant market and trade forums to further new business opportunities.
• Lead the sales drive in the Thailand region.
• Grow our distribution channel and clientele in the Thailand region.
• Review and/or support the preparation of commissioning related QA documentation and procedures.
• Develop and update policy and procedures.
• Ensure processes are followed and are compliant with relevant legislation.

คุณสมบัติ

• 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role, with a focus on sales of renewable energy related technology or systems.
• Relevant tertiary education in marketing or engineering preferred, but not essential.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing own workload and client groups to meet sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
