The Record to Report Supervisor (R2R) at Bukalapak is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and managing a team to achieve departmental goals.

• Review New Subsidiaries
• Reporting Console
• Maintain data for reporting
• Audit external
• Preparing SOP FSCP

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum Bachelor degree from Accounting major
• Having experiences as an auditor (Min 3 years)
• Previous experience in major multinational accounting firm is highly regarded
• Certified Public Accountant designation highly preferred.
• Experience with accounting software
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team management skills
• Ability to prioritize work
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
• Able to function effectively as an individual or team player, self-motivated and well-organized person.
