The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for the reconciliation and execution of investment products, managing operational processes, and fostering relationships with partners to support business growth.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• The reconciliation and execution of investment products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Handle operational processes for asset transfers, portfolio updates, and transaction settlements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners to support collaboration and business growth.
• Coordinate with partners for the implementation of new products or services.
• Act as the main operational contact point for partnership-related activities.
• Prepare due diligence reports, draft agreements and manage legal documents.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain proper documentation for audits.

คุณสมบัติ

• Degree in Business, Economy, Finance or related studies from reputable universities.
• Prior experience in Operations or Partnership will be an advantage; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS office and Gsuites.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a good communication and analytical skills, with attention to details.
