The IT Customer Service Officer is responsible for supporting the IT team in handling IT end-users/customers, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions to ensure seamless IT services.

• Assign service tickets and handle walk-in requests related to IT enquiries.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions for IT-related issues.
• Liaise with internal and external parties, particularly IT end-users/customers and vendors.
• Understand end-user needs and translate them into IT solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in IT systems.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT services and operations.
• Possess IT certifications such as ACSP, ITIL v3, and other professional IT products/network services certifications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Organisational and administrative skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Understanding of customer service excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Knowledge or experience in the education industry is desirable.
