We have an airport office inside the customs house to support customs brokerage and airfreight activities, as well as another office in the Gemopolis Industrial Estate.

The Airport Manager at Brink’s Global Services (BGS) Suvarnabhumi Airport Office will be responsible for managing airport operations, customs clearance, ground handling, and process improvement procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Airport Manager is the position designed to be direct report to Operations Manager – Brink’s Global Services.
• He / She will have to work closely with other Global Services Managers both within and across divisions.
• Manage Airport Operations including Freezone Operations with numbers of staff more than 50 persons.
• Manage Brink’s customs clearance brokerage, shipping and consolidations.
• Manage Brink’s trucks to insure they run smooth on time deliveries and pickups as company KPI.
• Manage ground handling team - airline communications / airside activities.
• Control and supervise the team to create greater efficiencies throughout airport related operations.
• Analyze current process standards and metrics in order to provide solutions for improvements.
• Develop process improvement procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Actively lead projects and provide individual contributions after key projects have been identified.
• Prioritize and implement process change requirements based on the critical project needs.
• Work with the team to recommend appropriate changes in process / approach.
• Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives.
• Train and develop staff.
• Protect the companies interest at all times.
• Communicate effectively with affiliates throughout the world.

คุณสมบัติ

• Management experience at the Airport, Air cargo.
• Extensive experience in shipping and knowledge of customs formalities (Customs specialist qualification is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of freight forwarding / Air and Sea freight.
• Strong management skills to handle cash flow and cost control.
• Knowledge of Bonded warehouse, Free Zones, etc.
• Strong organizational and inter-personal skills.
• Proven experience in process improvement, leading projects with a record of successful implementation.
• Proven leadership skills and business acumen - performance driven.
• Risk management and security experience is preferred.
• Good verbal and written English skills essential
