The Talent Acquisition position involves managing the recruitment process, ensuring a high level of candidate experience, and driving strategic initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Manage a seamless end to end recruitment process in line with agreed priorities
• High level customer service skills ensuring excellent candidate experience and fast turnaround times
• Strategic thinker with the ability to see and manage specific recruiting initiatives
• Proactive problem solver capable of identifying blockers and generating “out of the box” solutions
• High desire and energy to continuously improve the recruitment process
• Able to coordinate streams of work independently and comfortably working with minimal direction
• Report and update hiring activity through the recruitment dashboard
• Establish relationships with hiring managers and influence the processes to ensure effective and efficient recruitment
• Creatively scouting and sourcing talent on job board platforms

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition (end-to-end recruitment), experience in handling operation positions would be a plus point.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail on all aspects of recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and decision making skills
• Well organized, self-disciplined and KPI driven
• Fluent in both written and verbal English
• Able to work full WFO from Metland Puri
