The Management Trainee position offers an opportunity to participate in training programs across various functions and contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing business performance.

• Participate in training programs across various functions such as operations, marketing, finance, and project management.
• Contribute to strategic projects to support the company’s objectives.
• Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Develop innovative solutions to operational challenges.
• Adapt and collaborate within cross-departmental teams.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or other relevant fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
• Fresh graduate or a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in communication, both verbal and written.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek.
