The Legal Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and drafting corporate and commercial agreements, handling claims and disputes, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Review and draft corporate and commercial agreements.
• Handle claims and disputes.
• Draft contracts and agreements to mitigate commercial risks, ensuring that organizational legal requirements and standards are met.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the Operations / Expansion team for any licenses required.
• Review and analyze various documents related to the company.
• Develop and maintain a system for keeping records of decisions made and actions team.
• Provide advice and/or development and institutionalization of new approaches and standards relevant to the legal practice.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Have experience as Corporate Legal.
• Have experience in the field of AR/arrears credit collection.
• Have 3-5 years of proven experience in litigation, demonstrated ability to manage and resolve legal cases efficiently and effectively.
• Expertise in preparing templates and drafts of company contracts, including sale and purchase agreements and employee agreements, accurately and in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
• Ability to negotiate and coordinate with local communities.
• Experience managing company permits, ensuring company compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian law, especially company laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willing to be placed in Metland Puri, Tangerang.
• Can join as soon as possible.
