The KOL / Talent Content Creator position involves planning and executing partnerships with influencers, managing content creation for social media, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute partnership with influecers and brand ambassadors
• Target KOL to specific audiences and look for KOL that is in demand
• Coordinate with influencers and content to ensure that their work meets company standards
• Maintain relationships with partner and KOL that work closely to achieve company's target
• Maintain all of the administrative document including payment, contract, document filing, and the data tracking
• Deliver budget plan, estimated result, data insight per KOL/influencers
• Evaluate the performance of influencers and create strategy to meet the goal of company
• Manage all of Brighty's influencers and Brand Ambassadors
• Content Plan for daily, weekly and monthly
• Being a Talent/Model of Tiktok & Instagram Content needs
• Create Tiktok & Instagram Content
• Escalate Brand Tiktok & Instagram followers
• Achieving impression target (Viewers & Interactions)

คุณสมบัติ

Requirements:
• Proven experience in handling broad range of influencers/KOL, especially in beauty industry
• Outstanding skills of communication, presentation and problem-solving,
• Enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with strong user-driven mindset Strong planning skills for online & offline campaign, creative and good at brain-storming
• Experience in handle nano, micro and macro KOL, analysis the data insight of KOL, manage budget, slot, and good knowledge in social media matrix
• Experience handle internal-external campaign
• Minimum Senior High School
• Confident and communicative
• Follow social media trend contents especially beauty content
• Familiar and common with FYP idea content initiation
• Has good voice over capabilities is prioritized
• Has healthy and clean skin, also black hair
• Has a proportional height and doesn't weight problemsCommonly creating Hair Care Routine TikTok & Instagram content
