หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• ดูแลการปฏิบัติงานกะกลางคืน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีการปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอน
• องค์กรที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
• ความเป็นผู้นำ
• การติดตามผล
• รักษาวินัย
• ความปลอดภัย
• มาตรฐานคุณภาพ
• รายงานต่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายการผลิตและผู้จัดการทั่วไป
คุณสมบัติ
• ประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิต อาหารสัตว์ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี / สาขาวิศวกรรมการผลิต/อุตสาหการ/ การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้
• สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้ดี
• มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการ แก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
• มีความรู้ระบบมาตรฐาน ISO 9001:2008,GMP,HACCP เป็นต้น
• มีความรู้ด้านเครื่องจัการและทักษะการใช้งาน
