The Head of Marketing at Bonjour will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role will oversee a dynamic marketing team and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. The position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring that marketing efforts support the company's vision and growth targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure high levels of productivity and creativity.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment for marketing activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts and expand reach.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data analytics to inform future strategies and adjustments.
• Drive brand development and positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Head of Marketing or similar leadership position.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
