• Preparing and producing bread, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Ensuring accurate control of raw material ordering and proper management of its sections.
• Monitoring the availability of raw materials across all areas to maintain seamless operations.
• A strong understanding and capability in making bread and pastries are essential.
• Supervising all kitchen sections to ensure quality and efficiency in the production process.
คุณสมบัติ
• Candidates must have a minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Possess a sociable, honest, and adaptable character.
• Strong understanding and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in supervising multiple central kitchens.
• Familiarity with maintenance standards and HACCP is required.
• Prior experience of at least one year in a similar position is preferred.
• Candidates must also be willing to be placed in Tangerang.
