• Create, update, and optimize property listings on various OTA platforms particularly Airbnb.
• Ensure consistency across all channels, maintaining accurate property descriptions, high-quality images, pricing, and availability.
• Tailor listings based on platform-specific requirements to maximize search visibility and booking conversions.
• Analyze and monitor key performance metrics such as booking volume, occupancy rates, and revenue.
• Utilize platform-specific data insights from Airbnb, Booking.com, and others to adjust pricing, optimize descriptions, and update images.
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies by tracking competitor rates and demand trends to maximize revenue during peak and off-peak periods.
• Manage guest inquiries and reviews on each platform to ensure high guest satisfaction and maintain a strong reputation.
• Respond to guest reviews, both positive and negative, to enhance property ratings and attract repeat customers.
• Ensure listings comply with local laws, regulations, and the individual policies of OTA platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with OTA policy changes, platform updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain listing visibility.
• Work closely with property managers, marketing teams, and operations to ensure seamless coordination.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payments through OTA platforms.

• Proficiency in using each platform’s backend for listing management and optimization (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
• Understanding of each platform’s algorithm to ensure high listing rankings and visibility.
• Ability to track, interpret, and act on data related to occupancy, revenue, and listing performance to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Excel or property management software for data analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of the Bali tourism market, including peak travel times, regional preferences, and competitor analysis.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and channel managers i.e Extranet to streamline operations across multiple OTA platforms.
