Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities within a company's corporate for B2B and B2G market/sector. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, leading sales teams, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth in the corporate government segment.

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, identifying key market segments, and setting sales goals.
• Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for Blue Bird Group Service, including geographic expansion and new customer segments.
• Market Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
• Revenue Generation: Driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to corporate sales.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing corporate sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Has 5+ experiences in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet corporate objectives. 10+ years of total working experience with strong understanding of the B2B market in Indonesia.
• Has knowledge of B2G market will be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Experience in launching and managing new business initiatives.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
