The HR Generalist is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives of the group, working closely with Headquarters in Singapore and local business managers.

• Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives of the group. To work closely with Headquarters in Singapore and local business managers to identify areas where HR can contribute to the company’s success
• Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Manage and implement the full cycle of performance management and remuneration review exercises that is aligned with the group’s overall HR strategy, budgets and guidelines
• Design salary framework, review and improve current total rewards policies and procedures (including KPIs incentives and claims), oversee salary benchmarking exercise, job design and evaluation analysis
• Ensure effective communication of total rewards and practices with internal stakeholders at all levels
• Provide advice and coaching to managers and employees on performance including the analysis of performance gaps and identify learning needs
• Establish and implement learning and development programs to facilitate employee's growth and capability building
• Support any potential HR diligence and integration initiatives as part of continual and progressive growth plans
• Responsible for collecting and analyzing HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. This includes analyzing data on employee turnover, engagement, and performance
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
คุณสมบัติ
• Degree in HR or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
• Good experience in talent acquisition and must have generalist experience
• Fluent in English and an excellent communicator with a vibrant personality and has passion for employee engagement
• Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Good executor with proven track-records, analytical mind-set, resourceful, and meticulous
• Proficient in HRMS software (full suite)
• Proficient in MS Office (compulsory: Excel and PowerPoint) and data analytics
• Reports to the Chief Operating Officer
