Due to on-going growth and anticipating upcoming projects, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Industrial team in Jakarta, Indonesia. You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects from inception through strategic planning and concept to detailed design planning and resourcing effectively.

• Deliver operational excellence.
• Mentor and coach junior peers.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business.
• Ensure successful outcomes and maximize repeat business revenue.

คุณสมบัติ

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role as a Project Engineer, preferably from an engineering consulting company.
• Experience handling coordination from several departments or disciplines and ensuring the progress of projects as scheduled.
• Exposure to industrial projects, especially in the Food & Beverage sector or Light Industrial sector (preferred).
• Good understanding of Cost, Schedule, and Change Management with referenced experience in projects previously managed.
• Willingness to travel to site locations regularly or be assigned to site locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
