Responsible for commercial field production of corn in Indonesia, ensuring quality seed to meet deliverables within the targeted hectares (300-500 Ha).

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for RC corn commercial seed production in the assigned area.
• Ensures all operations comply with internal Bayer requirements and local regulations.
• Participates in and implements community and sustainability engagements.
• Manages relationships with assigned growers and external stakeholders (big growers and tolling plants) to ensure timely and effective communication and alignment on production targets and deliverables.
• Ensures the safe and timely delivery of crops to meet business needs while achieving field production metrics for the targeted hectares.
• Plans and executes field processes to reduce field production obsolescence.
• Guides and monitors the contractual resources under his/her supervision.
• Drives quality systems and quality excellence initiatives for corn production by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintains LSSM (Lembaga Sertifikasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu) records by coordinating with the Quality Management System Certificate Institute.
• Implements digital tools such as Velocity, FTS, Digital Signature, etc.
• Scopes mechanization in commercial production field activities to meet Bayer's regional goal of 50% mechanization.
• Leads improvement solutions for the optimization of COGS, WUE, and GHG emissions.
• Focuses on self-development and works cohesively as a team with high standards of engagement.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural or Biological studies. Competency in molecular biology is preferred.
• Experienced in an administrative role is required; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrate key competencies in collaboration, efficiency, and flexibility.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
