The Operator position involves performing production processes, operating machinery, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards to produce quality tablets in accordance with Bayer's regulations.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Perform production processes, including compressing the final blend into tablets using a tablet compression machine, preparing premixes, mixing, and conducting granulation. Ensure all activities align with standard manufacturing procedures, assigned duties, and Good Manufacturing Practice (CPOB; cGMP) guidelines to produce quality tablets in compliance with Bayer's regulations.
• Operate packaging and production machinery, including blistering, cartoning, and compression machines, in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) standards established at Bayer Cimanggis.
• Perform the preparation of premixes and mixing processes according to standard manufacturing procedures, assigned duties, supervisor instructions, and GMP guidelines to ensure the production of quality products in compliance with Bayer standards.
• Operate tablet compression machinery to compress final blends into tablets, following standard manufacturing procedures, assigned duties, supervisor instructions, and CPOB guidelines to produce quality tablets that meet Bayer specifications.
• Execute the granulation process in adherence to standard manufacturing procedures, SOPs, GMP, HSE requirements, and production targets, as per the instructions provided by superiors and CPOB standards, ensuring the production of quality granules in compliance with Bayer's requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks (In-Process Control; IPC) regularly during production in line with standard procedures and assigned duties. Verify that tablets produced meet inspection conditions and product specification standards.
• Take measures to minimize material loss during transfer, sifting, and mixing processes, as per regulations. Reconcile mixing results to calculate yield (actual results). Immediately report to the Shift Line Owner B and Line Leader B if the yield falls outside specified limits for further investigation.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machines and mixing equipment by keeping them clean and orderly, in compliance with applicable regulations. Report promptly to the Shift Line Owner B and Line Leader B if repairs or part replacements are needed due to unfit or damaged equipment.
• Clean machines and equipment used during production as per applicable cleaning standard procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace in line with regulatory requirements.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of standard procedures, addressing issues related to the mixing process to enhance performance and quality.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production goals and ensure tasks are completed optimally.
• Continuously work on developing skills and expertise in operating and maintaining machinery and equipment in the production area, particularly those related to granulation and other processes.
คุณสมบัติ
• Minimum education: High School Graduates; a D3 in a related Engineering field is preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with knowledge of GMP, occupational.
