หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Conducting chemical and physical analysis for the acceptance of materials, products, water, waste, and other production facilities.
• Performing microbiological analysis as established by the company.
• Implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S, and Halal standards.
• Executing specific projects as designated by the company.
• Preparing the necessary reagents for analysis.
• Assisting the QC supervisor in validating testing methods.
• Performing quality checks/analyses according to work instructions, reporting any findings or deviations related to quality to the supervisor to take necessary steps to ensure the product meets the desired quality standards.
• Conducting GMP and 5S activities as established.
• Performing maintenance on laboratory equipment such as internal calibration, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of equipment, and reporting any damaged equipment.
• Preparing daily testing reports both electronically and manually, identifying recurring problems, and reporting to the supervisor any deviations from specifications and approved materials.
• Serving as a member of the Emergency Response Team – Hazmat Team, with responsibilities outlined in GS-L-7009-1 Role Responsibility during Emergencies.
• Implementing established safety programs such as labeling according to safety symbols, separation of chemicals, handling spills, sample residues, and analyses, using safety equipment while working in accordance with HIRA, and providing feedback to the QC Supervisor regarding any discrepancies with HIRA.
• Carrying out specific projects as designated.
คุณสมบัติ
• Education: Minimum D3 / Equivalent / Experienced.
• Working experience: minimum 1 year.
• Able to perform chemical, physical, instrumental, and microbiological analyses effectively and understand the related work processes.
• Have a good understanding of Quality, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety), and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) concepts.
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
