The Shift Technician is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the reliability and availability of all equipment and facilities in factory operations, executing maintenance programs, and collaborating with various teams to improve processes and safety standards.

• Maintain and ensure the reliability and availability all equipment and facilities (factory operation) at high performance and to ensure all process activity to be maintained.
• To execute of planning and scheduling for preventive maintenance programs, corrective and reparative maintenance operations;
• The implementation maintenance document, procedure, drawing and control of technical results;
• Capable to arrangements and delivery the job with good quality and proper troubleshooting and problem-solving also to proposing technical improvements according to the characteristics.
• To take daily collection and entry of data necessary to update the facility and equipment management archive;
• To work with and carried out the job with third parties, contractors and vendors and maintain the quality of machine, equipment or plant maintenance operation following the BC standard and reference.
• To follow the quality culture of BC and to implement the safe behavior on daily activity.
• Work as a team and with co-ordination of maintenance personnel, superior and peers.
• To implementation maintenance activities and facility renewal, cost control leadership and continuous process improvement
• Co-ordination of maintenance personnel, proposing technical improvements according to the characteristics;
• To support of maintenance activity of relations with inspection and technical qualification organizations in reference to the area of responsibility;
• To support of the traceability of required certification, according to the area of use, with arrangements to check current validity of said certification;
• Team collaboration across multiple cross-functional areas

คุณสมบัติ

• Graduated from Technical High School / Diploma or Technical Institute – Mechanical / Electrical / Engineering - Preferable familiar with HVAC System, Electrical / Control System and Mechanical.
• Proven experience as Maintenance & Engineering Technician or other similar position understand basic Mechanical / Electrical or fresh graduated in similar qualification.
• Proven experience and knowledge of Basic HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Preferable have knowledge in food industry manufacturing, process and facility
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Have an interpersonal skills, fast learning, focus and time discipline.
• High dedication with physical stamina and dexterity
• Have basic knowledge of the occupational hazards and corresponding safety precaution necessary for the safe performance in using equipment.
