หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth rental operations.
• Coordinate activities within the department, ensuring timely completion and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for rental transactions, tenant interactions, and other relevant documentation.
• Assist team members with tasks, helping them meet operational objectives.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, etc.) and ensure prompt responses.
• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements as required.
คุณสมบัติ
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous administrative or coordinator experience, particularly in a rental or hospitality setting, is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
