The Coordinator Executive provides essential administrative support for rental operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the department. This role involves coordinating various activities, managing communication, and maintaining records while supporting team members in achieving their objectives. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth rental operations.
• Coordinate activities within the department, ensuring timely completion and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for rental transactions, tenant interactions, and other relevant documentation.
• Assist team members with tasks, helping them meet operational objectives.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, etc.) and ensure prompt responses.
• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements as required.

คุณสมบัติ

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous administrative or coordinator experience, particularly in a rental or hospitality setting, is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
