The Administrative Assistant (Russian Speaking) is responsible for coordinating contracts, managing communications, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency while promoting sustainability and quality standards.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Contract Coordination: Skilled in identifying, coordinating, and managing contracts related to unit inventories, ensuring all agreements align with operational requirements.
• Organizational Expertise: Proficient in filing and maintaining correspondence for confirmed inventories, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to manage communications and respond to inquiries from developers and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborative Coordination: Experienced in facilitating seamless coordination between Banyan Living, Global Customer Services (GCS), and the Estate Management Body (EMB).
• Quality Assurance: Knowledgeable in supporting Brand Standard Buyout List (BOL) and implementing brand assurance protocols to maintain quality standards.
• Sustainability Stewardship: Act as a Sustainability Champion, promoting eco-friendly practices and initiatives.
• Feedback Management: Adept at responding to guest and client feedback, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
• Financial Support: Competent in assisting with the processing of payables and receivables, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
• ICT Administration: Supportive in managing ICT licenses and contracts, collaborating with the centralized IT team.
• Content Management: Experienced in updating and maintaining content details and descriptions across Banyan Living platforms and social media channels.
• Administrative Expertise: Proficient in handling diverse administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
• Residential and Hospitality Experience: Strong familiarity with residential or hospitality operations, ensuring high service standards.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Russian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
