Bank Sahabat Sampoerna are looking for a Money Market Dealer who will be responsible for overseeing Treasury activities and managing bank liquidity.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Oversee the implementation of prudent Treasury activities with a measurable level of risk.
• Manage the bank liquidity including cash flow management, asset liabilities management, and fulfillment of GWM in accordance with regulatory provisions.
• Optimize liquidity by actively managing a portfolio of money market instruments.
• Responsible for conducting the buying and selling of short-term securities.
• Maintain and monitor key liquidity ratio indicators.
• Provide recommendations for counterparty limits to relevant internal teams, ensuring these limits align with the overall liquidity strategy and risk tolerance of the bank.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably Finance, Economics, Engineering or relevant majors.
• Experience in the banking industry, especially treasury or money market related.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an in-depth understanding of interest rate movements and their impact on liquidity management.
