Bank Sahabat Sampoerna are looking for Lending Product Dev. Manager who will be responsible for the development and management of lending products.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Prepare a program scheme for business product development including direct lending and channeling processes for consumer products according to business/business partner needs
• Manage end-to-end product development from BRD preparation to socialization and coordination with related parties
• Deliver knowledge and supervise PICs under their supervision
• Contribute to providing income benefits to the company

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1)
• Proven experience in business/product development, preferably in consumer products or direct lending, joint financing or channeling with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, business analysis, and credit analysis skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to lead and give clear directions.
