หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist in conducting preliminary phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Support general administration duties within the recruitment team.
คุณสมบัติ
• Last-year student or fresh graduate in any related field.
• Preferably has prior experience in recruitment.
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta.
• Strong organizational skills, particularly in managing data.
