The Retail Manager is responsible for leading store teams, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales development, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Team Leadership and Development:
• Manage and lead two teams of store staff, overseeing morning and afternoon shifts.
• Develop and mentor team members to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Ensure staff is well-equipped to handle inquiries independently, fostering a strong, customer-focused environment.
• Operational Excellence:
• Maintain and enhance the efficient operation of the store, utilizing the existing systems for financial reporting and inventory management.
• Oversee the execution of standard operating procedures (SOP) to uphold store standards, cleanliness, and appealing displays.
• Collaborate with the teams to address any operational challenges and continuously improve processes.
• Sales Development:
• Play a pivotal role in building and developing retail sales strategies to achieve store targets.
• Implement and oversee consignment agreements across Bali to expand the reach of our products.
• Collaborate with the sales manager and the team to align efforts and optimize revenue opportunities.
• Customer Service Excellence:
• Maintain a high standard of customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers visiting our store.
• Training and Onboarding:
• Assist in the training of new staff, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of SOP and product knowledge.
• Develop training programs to deepen staff understanding of ChopValue's products, values, and sustainability mission.

• Previous experience in retail management, with a focus on sales development.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational efficiency.
